We want you to love your sustainable travel gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Each return helps us maintain our commitment to a circular economy and responsible consumption.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar reusable mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
